Additional Opportunities

Swinging a hammer isn’t the only way to become involved in the Habitat mission. There are many other opportunities to make a difference…

Committee Volunteers provide essential assistance and support for vital aspects of Habitat’s programs including family selection, site acquisition, quality construction and resource development.

Family Services Volunteers provide essential support to our Family Services programs whether it is translation services, helping with special events for our families or sharing their expertise at one of our Homeownership classes, click here for more information.

Office Volunteers work behind the scenes to assist with the overall operation of the organization and the maintenance of our office space. Activities in the office include clerical work (data entry, filing) as well as answering phones, IT assistance and assisting with special events.

Facility Maintenance Volunteers keep our office space clean and our facilities running smoothly. Facility maintenance activities include custodial work, mowing, snow removal, small engine repair, and warehouse organization.
